Regional Sales Representatives
Information Technologies, Inc. (ITI), a leading developer of Public Safety Software,
is currently hiring Regional Sales Representatives for territories throughout the United States.
The ideal candidates are retired or former law enforcement officers who have had
success in sales, or who possesses excellent people, oral and written communication skills. We are seeking
people who are self starters and interested in technology. Regional Sales Representatives work from home,
travel to client sites and attend trade shows. Our in-house Sales, Operations and Client Services teams
provide training and extensive support for our Regional Sales Representatives.

.NET Software Developer
ITI is seeking full-time .NET developers with experience using
Visual Studio 2005/2008. This person would be part of a team of developers working on our line of
software products. Experience with one or more of the following technologies is also desired: SQL
Server 2005/2008, Object Oriented programming, and ASP.NET.

Senior Client Services Technicians
We have immediate opportunities for experienced individuals to put their leadership and
technical skills to work.
Client Services Technicians perform the following tasks:
- Provide professional and courteous telephone support that will ensure the highest
level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Accurately document, research, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Travel to client locations to install, support, and troubleshoot
networks, PCs, and servers. Position is estimated at 10% travel.
- Conduct training classes.
- Handle off-hours technical support requests in an on-call rotation with other technicians.
Senior technicians will mentor and guide technicians in the
successful performance of the above duties and will provide the above services as needed.
Senior technicians have significant input in the direction of the group and report to the Client
Services Supervisor. The senior staff works as a team to ensure client needs are met in the
timely manner.
We are looking for well organized individuals with the following skills and background:
- 5 or more years of PC hardware experience.
- 4 or more years installing and maintaining Microsoft desktop operating systems and servers.
- Experience with IIS.
- Highly proficient with network cabling and associated hardware.
- Possess a thorough understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills, along with the ability
to work independently and provide quality customer service.
- Possess proven project management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
- 2 or more years in a lead technical support or supervisory role.
Salary is commensurate with abilities and past experiences.
