Client Services Technicians

Information Technologies, Inc. has been on the forefront of technology in the Public Safety Software arena. We have multiple positions available for experienced Windows Server / Desktop software support technicians.

Put your technical skills to work performing the following tasks:

Accurately document, research, and resolve challenging technical issues in a timely manner involving many technologies including .NET Software, Microsoft SQL Server, Networking, Microsoft Windows Server
Provide professional and courteous telephone support that will ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while utilizing the latest remote connection technology to work directly on a client’s system to resolve issues.
Travel to client locations to install, support, and troubleshoot networks, PCs, and servers. Position is estimated at 10% travel.
Handle off-hours technical support requests in an on-call rotation with other technicians.

We are looking for well-organized individuals with the following skills and background:

1 - 3 years of PC hardware experience.
1 - 3 years installing and maintaining Microsoft desktop operating systems and servers.
Proficient with network cabling and associated hardware.
Possess a thorough understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, and DHCP.
Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and provide quality customer service.
Basic project management skills.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

Regional Sales Representatives

ITI is currently hiring Regional Sales Representatives for territories throughout the United States.

The ideal candidates are retired or former law enforcement officers who have had success in sales, or who possesses excellent people, oral and written communication skills. We are seeking people who are self starters and interested in technology. Regional Sales Representatives work from home, travel to client sites and attend trade shows. Our in-house Sales, Operations and Client Services teams provide training and extensive support for our Regional Sales Representatives.

.NET Software Developer

Information Technologies, Inc. has been on the forefront of technology in the Public Safety Software arena. We have immediate opportunities for experienced .NET developers using Visual Studio 2008/2010 and C# or VB.NET. Job responsibilities are based on experience level and could include:

Design, develop and support n-tier Windows applications using VB.NET and C#.
Design, develop and support interfaces to other systems.
Design, develop and support SQL Server databases.
Design, develop and support mobile applications.
Research new technologies and their impact on our software applications.
Mentor others on the development team.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

1 to 5+ years professional experience developing Windows Forms .NET applications in VB.NET or C# (ASP.NET, Silverlight, iOS and Android experience a plus).
1 to 5+ years professional experience working with SQL Server 2008.
Excellent understanding of Object Oriented programming.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
